Solo Travel: How to Do it Right in 2021

man sitting outside tent at sunset

Are you thinking about going on a solo trip but are worried it will be tedious and unsafe? This is not the case! There are many ways to ensure safety while traveling alone, as well as plenty of fun things to do when you’re out exploring the world by yourself. This blog post will discuss some tips for single travelers to travel the right way and make their trips safer and more enjoyable. Carry All the Proper Documents It is essential to carry all the correct documents when traveling. Firstly, you need a passport for any international journey. Secondly, suppose you are driving on your own in another country. In that case, an International Driving Permit and Third-Party Insurance will also be necessary to avoid being fined or detained at borders by the police.Lastly, it’s essential not to forget travel insurance which can cover many types of accidents that might happen, such as medical costs from injuries sustained overseas or lost luggage due to theft. Trust Yourself If you’re feeling unsafe on your own, trust yourself. If something feels off or someone is acting up, then leave the situation immediately and go to a safe place such as a hotel lobby, restaurant, or gas station parking lot where there are people around that can come to your assistance if needed. Blend Into the Local Community It’s okay to travel solo, but it can be slightly different from traveling with friends or family. One way to blend in is by not wearing anything too bright and flashy from home (unless that country approves of such color).Another tip would be to avoid making eye contact with people on the streets, as this may make them think you are interested in them. The best thing for single travelers is to keep their heads up high and look straight ahead; this will make you appear confident without looking like someone harassed. Leave Valuables at Home It is best to leave valuables at home, so you don’t have to worry about them while traveling. This includes jewelry, cash, credit cards, and expensive gadgets such as laptops or cell phones. Don’t Be Afraid of Getting Lost If you’re nervous about being alone, try not to plan too many things that are far away from each other in one day. As mentioned earlier, trust your instincts if something feels off – it’s better to get back on track with the original itinerary than feel unsafe for an entire trip! In case you get lost, you can use the view on a map to identify where you are. This entails knowing someone’s location using their phone number on google map. Choose the Right Accommodations If you’re not staying at a hostel or hotel, find accommodation that is safe and comfortable. For example, if someone invites you to stay with them for the night, it’s best to be sure they are trustworthy as some people might take advantage of single travelers who feel lonely. Use Common Sense The best way to stay safe while traveling alone is by using common sense. It’s important not to walk outside at night alone in an unfamiliar city and always try walking with purpose, so it appears like you know what you’re doing – avoid looking lost! Be aware of how much alcohol you consume, too, because this could lead to more risky decisions, putting yourself into dangerous situations you are not prepared for. Carry pepper spray just in case, which you can use to ward off attackers, and remember that the entire world is not against you! Purchase the Right Gear for Your Trip Buying a few essential travel items such as the right backpack, water bottle, and lightweight jacket can make solo trips much more enjoyable. They can come in handy when you don’t have to move from one store to another searching for specific items. Use the Right Means of Transport If you’re renting a car, ensure you get insurance coverage for single travelers before heading out into unfamiliar territory. Consider using taxis like Uber rather than taking public transportation to ensure safety during your travels. And don’t get too adventurous – solo travel is a fantastic way to explore without putting yourself at risk of being unsafe! Pack Light It’s essential to pack light when traveling solo or with a small group. While this may not seem like the time to be packing extra clothes, it can help you stay organized and keep your bag easily accessible if something gets lost or stolen while on the road. In conclusion, solo travel is a unique and adventurous way to experience a new place. Just take some precautions before you go so that the trip can be as fun and safe as possible!

Keeping Up Your Fitness Routine When On the Move

Keeping Up Your Fitness Routine When On the Move

Traveling is one of those things that takes over everything. It’s a good thing, it keeps you engaged with life and can be a brilliant source of new experiences. If you’re able to take some time off and dedicate weeks, months, or even years to your adventures, then you’ll be a far more well-rounded person afterward. However, some routines shouldn’t be neglected, even when you’re on the move. For example, your exercise regime doesn’t need to fall by the wayside just because you’ve gone off the beaten path. Exercise is fantastically good for your physical and mental health, and when you’re traveling or exploring away from home, keeping your body and mind as healthy as possible is incredibly important. With this in mind, what are some ways that you can keep fit while keeping busy? 1. Exercise on the Go Handily enough, many of the more interesting things to do while traveling are inherently active experiences. Even hiking can provide some good cardiovascular benefits, especially if you choose a more challenging path. Whether you’re backpacking or staying in a place for a while, mix things up and go for a quick jog. It doesn’t have to be much, but you do want to put your body under a little bit of stress to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your exercise. There are all kinds of exercise routines that you can do without equipment, so just taking a bit of time out to get your heart beating will help you to exercise without even realizing it. 2. Visit Gyms Along the Way Of course, many people appreciate the equipment. While exercising on the go will provide a lot of cardio, it isn’t always the best way to build up strength. If you’re traveling through cities, there’s an easy way to put in a few hours of exercise with all the equipment you could ever want.Simply visit the gym along the way. While some gyms require you to have a membership, others offer a day pass option. This allows you to use the gym for that day without having to pay for a longer membership. This will require you to do a bit of research beforehand and certainly won’t be free, but it’s worth it to be able to use equipment that you simply couldn’t take with you while traveling. This opens up muscle-building exercises like the barbell row, among others. 3. Carve Out Time The thing is, you will always need a certain level of discipline to keep up with your exercise routine. This is true even in everyday life, so it’s especially true when you’re traveling and the rest of your schedule has been done away with. Sometimes, you just have to carve out time to get in your regular exercise for the day or week. However, it’s absolutely worth it. The easiest way to do this is to work out when you first wake up, so it sets you up for the rest of the day.

14 Ways To Keep Yourself Positive And Headstrong While Traveling Away

14 Ways To Keep Yourself Positive And Headstrong While Traveling Away

If you’ve ever traveled for a few weeks or months, you’ll know all about the effort that it takes. While it’s an amazing experience, it’s something that can take its toll mentally and physically if you’re not careful. You’re heading on an amazing long-term vacation, but staying safe and well are two things that you need to take care of along the way. Being positive and headstrong when you’re thousands of miles away from your bed and in unknown parts is essential in terms of your overall enjoyment. Thankfully, actually putting yourself in a great mental spot along the way isn’t too difficult. It’s a case of preparing properly for the trip and training your brain in certain areas. If you’re a little nervous or have reservations about particular stints of the trip, then here are a few ways you can keep yourself in the right place mentally: Stay In Touch With Those Back Home If you’re someone that gets quite homesick, then keeping in regular touch with those you’ve left behind might help. Sure, it may make you feel as though you’d like to be back with them, but it’s better than being left in peril most of the time. If you phone home and have a little chat, then you’re going to feel a lot better because the comfort of familiarity is there with you. Obviously, you have experiences in front of you to indulge in, so don’t make this too regular! Life is all about throwing yourself into new experiences and seeing how you can grow! Have A Plan Of Action Some people love the idea of heading into the unknown and having no plan whatsoever. If you can do this, then that’s an amazing feat. The majority of people, however, will need to make sure that they have something secured and structured. If you know where you’re going and what you’re doing, then it makes the traveling trip a lot simpler to do and you won’t have to panic about missing any particular aspect. If you have an itinerary for traveling, then it’s like you have a daily schedule and things are left in the air. Make Sure You Pack All Of Your Essentials If you have everything you need in your suitcase, then you should be pretty much set. Your mind will get a gigantic boost knowing that you won’t have to overthink certain tasks. Before you leave, double-check and then triple-check your list. It’s not the end of the world if you forget anything as you can make up for it later on, but it is a pain in the backside. This kind of overthinking can then lead to problems perhaps in other areas of your trip, so make sure you have this fundamental task handled. Keep Yourself Energized With The Right Nutrition What you consume makes a big difference in how you’re going to feel day-to-day. If you eat hardly anything, then you’re going to be lethargic and you’re not going to want to move around much. You’ll be extremely tired, which is terrible if you’re traveling around hotter climates. The same can be said for those of you who plan on eating too much junk. You need to find a healthy balance. It would be good to learn how to create a few quick, healthy shakes and meals. Perhaps a few tasty oatmeal smoothie recipes or fast pasta meals could be on the cards every now and again as you make your way around the world. Just make sure you consume enough to get you up in the morning and to feed your brain! If You Don’t Want To Do Something – Don’t It can be easy to feel pressured into doing something because of those you’re with. If you’re scared or you feel as though it’s something that isn’t quite your cup of tea, then just don’t take part. You’re supposed to enjoy the time you have. Putting yourself in a bad mood can have an effect on the things you do going forward. Bring The Right Company Along The trip can really hinge on the company you bring. Choosing the right people to travel with makes such a big difference. If you’re going to be heading away for a while, you’re going to want to make sure that you’re not annoyed and not bored of those alongside you. It may sound a little harsh, but it’s necessary. People can really ruin things if the chemistry isn’t there or if you have a bit of a falling out during the trip. Protect Your Skin Every day, skincare matters anyway. It matters especially when you’re away in a country that is a lot hotter and a lot dryer. You have to make sure that you’re protecting the largest organ on your body as you might end up regretting it otherwise. Your skin and the rest of your body really should be given the utmost care as you can develop plenty of problems – problems that you could do without when you’re miles away from your home. Don’t Approach Things With A Pessimistic Attitude If you enter every single instance with a negative mindset in life, then you’re never going to enjoy things. Sure, you’ll be prepared for issues, but you’ll also pick out problems when everyone else is having fun. When you set sail and get away, a pessimistic mind will hold back any genuine excitement you have. Just be positive and try to look forward to absolutely everything. If you run into issues, a positive mind will laugh them off and look for solutions. A negative one will act as though the entire journey/vacation has been destroyed. Document Everything Along The Way We live in a digital world and that means we can record/take snapshots of our experiences. There’s something motivating about trying to secure every memory and documenting everything is such a great idea. This obviously doesn’t mean that you should have your camera/phone out every five minutes, but it does mean that you should do what you can

Should You Invest Money Into Your Blog?

woman typing on a laptop

Starting a blog is something you can do for free. However, if you want to attract more readers and encourage people to take your blog more seriously, it can be worthwhile investing some money into it. People spend money on other hobbies all the time – so why not spend money on your blog? Below are just some of the things that can be worth spending money on in order to attract more readers to your blog. A domain name Blog platforms like WordPress and Blogger are able to provide you with a free domain name, however, this free domain will take the form of either ‘yoursite.wordpress.com’ or ‘yoursite.blogspot.com’. If you’d prefer to have a standard ‘yoursite.com’ address, you’ll have to pay for it. Such a domain name is worth investing in for making your blog look more like its own site. Design and graphics Most blogs are designed using basic templates. By looking into paid web design and graphics, you could explore ways to make your blog look more unique. One way to customize the look and feel of your blog could be to download extra themes and widgets. Some of these can be embedded for free, while others may require payment. You can find various sites containing these themes and widgets. Alternatively, you could try finding a web designer or graphic designer on a site like Fiverr. Spending a few dollars could allow you to get your very own blog logo designed. You could also consider getting social media banners and profile pictures designed, as well as cool features like custom pop-ups and fancy search bars. PPC advertising Pay-per-click advertising involves paying for an advert to display until a certain number of people have clicked on it. This advert could lead directly to your blog, helping you to attract more readers. Google Ads and Bing Ads are the most popular PPC platforms. Through these platforms, you are able to launch various ad campaigns. There are companies like Cardinal Digital Marketing that can handle your PPC campaigns for you, optimizing them to help get the best results. This could be worth considering if you don’t have much experience with PPC. Similar types of advertising can be found on social media sites like Facebook. In fact, it’s worth using Facebook’s boost post feature for gaining more exposure (you could boost a post containing a link to content on your blog). SEO Search engine optimization involves a variety of different tactics in order to increase the search engine rankings of a page. Pages with higher rankings typically get more visitors, making SEO a worthwhile investment for building readers.DIY SEO is very hard to execute. Your best option is to hire an SEO company to carry out a campaign for you. Content It can be difficult to generate lots of content on a blog all by oneself. Many blog owners start taking on guest writers in order to generate more content. While some guest writers may be willing to write for free, you can encourage writers to create higher quality content by paying them for it. This could be a few dollars for a single blog post. Most blog owners can’t afford to do this regularly, however, it could be worth doing now and again.

Top Tips To Boost Your Confidence

Confidence is something that escapes all of us from time to time. Whether you’re feeling out of place in the office or as though you don’t look as good in your bikini as the other beachgoers. However, it’s important to remember that confidence is a state of mind – and it can be something we can easily reclaim – we just need to change the way in which we think and let go of societal pressures. With that in mind, here are some top tips that you can use to boost your confidence today! Embrace what makes you unique. Sometimes, a lack of confidence comes from feeling as though we do not fit into the mold that society has built for us. However, it’s important to remember that this is because we are not made to be defined by someone else’s standards. Therefore, you can boost your confidence by learning to embrace what makes you unique – and viewing it as an asset rather than a hindrance. By celebrating your uniqueness, you’ll also help others begin to do the same. After all, elevating your own confidence levels does not and should not involve tearing down others. By lifting each other up, we are creating a world where everyone can feel confident. Put together a self-care routine. Self-care routines are designed to help you look and feel great – and, as a result, can have an increasingly positive effect on your confidence. For example, you could put together a skincare routine that helps you maintain a glowing, youthful look all year round. One way in which you can do this is by using manuka oil for your skin. Sourced from manuka honey, the oil can reduce redness, acne, and scarring – leaving you feeling fresh-faced and confident. In addition to a skincare regimen, your self-care routine should also prioritize your hobbies, rest & relaxation. Essentially, it should center around the things that make you feel good! Experiment with new styles.  The clothes we wear can also affect our confidence. However, it’s important that you don’t limit yourself – as experimenting with your wardrobe can help you feel more comfortable and more confident. For example, despite popular misconception – every body is a bikini body no matter how much you may weigh. Unlearning negative thoughts and beginning to love your body will open so many doors when it comes to your confidence. So, if you’ve had some clothes in your basket for a while but haven’t purchased them as you think you won’t look good – it’s time to hit that purchase button. Have a digital detox. Social media is a great way to grow businesses or connect with family and friends-  however, it’s also a great way to destroy your confidence. This is due to the fact that we often compare ourselves to the pictures we see on our feeds. However, it’s important to remember that nobody looks as good in real life as they do on Instagram – not even influencers. Each picture has been carefully selected (sometimes from hundreds of other photos) to help someone feel their best – and the images are often edited too. Realizing this is a great way to boost your confidence – but it is also worthwhile to participate in a  social media detox from time to time. Furthermore, you should unfollow or mute any social media accounts that cause you to feel bad about yourself. Celebrate your success. Sometimes, a lack of confidence is caused by the fact that we feel as though we are not where we should be in life. For example, you may feel as though you aren’t quite progressing quickly enough in your career or that you haven’t hit the goals you set for yourself. You can combat this issue by learning to celebrate every success – no matter how small it may seem. Success comes in many forms outside of your professional life. For example, it can also be measured by how happy you feel, the relationships you maintain, or the impact that you have on others. Learning to celebrate yourself means that you will stop seeking validation from others – which in turn, will help your confidence develop naturally. It’s also a great way to fight off imposter syndrome or the idea that you are not good enough. It also lets you know that you are on the right track when it comes to your long-term goals – as every step forward is a step in the right direction, even if it’s a tentative one. Challenge yourself. Confidence is sometimes a prize that we earn when we have achieved something new or reached a goal that we set ourselves. After all, it will instill your faith in your skills and abilities and encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone more often. Therefore, one way in which you can boost your confidence is by challenging yourself more often. For example, if you feel unfulfilled in your career – it may be time to look into alternative career paths that align more closely with your interests and passions. For example, if you’re a globe-trotter with a passion for adventure, there are plenty of careers for those who love traveling for you to pursue. Stay fit & healthy. Adapting to a healthy lifestyle is another great way to boost your confidence and start taking better care of your body. After all, you’ll naturally feel a little more confident and comfortable when you are in better shape. However, it is important to remember that being fit and healthy will mean different things to do to different people – and you must go at your own pace. For example, if you’d had a little break from exercising during the pandemic – don’t jump back in with a HIIT workout. Instead, start small and build up the intensity of your exercise naturally. Furthemore, healthy eating does not need to be a hassle – and it doesn’t mean that you need to start counting every single calorie. Instead, focus on

6 Instagrammable and Luxury Hotels in Jordan (with prices)

Sun City Camp Martian Room Wadi Rum

6 Best Instragrammable and Luxury Hotels in Jordan (with prices – 2024 Update) “Welcome to Jordan! this country is as much yours as mine” said a local stranger to me on the street. Jordan’s country slogan is: “I am Jordan, the land of hospitality.” After traveling to more than 60 countries, I can confidently say that I have never experienced the kind of warmth and welcome that I received in Jordan. You can read more about my experience here. I wanted to experience everything Jordan has to offer, and I’m not just talking about food. If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I love unique hotels, regardless of how many stars they have. Jordan has a lot to offer in terms of hospitality, with options available in all price ranges. Here are some of Jordan’s best and most Instagrammable hotels, including luxury, boutique, and budget hotels. Please note that while I do my best to include the average price for each room, this information can change depending on the season and occupancy. Before finalizing your itinerary, double-check through the links provided or directly on the property websites! Also, make sure to visit my Instagram and check out my story highlights from Jordan, where I give tours of all the different hotels we stayed in, from bedouin camps to luxury properties! And with that said, let’s jump into the most Instagrammable hotels in Jordan. This point contains affiliate links from which, at no extra cost to you, I may earn a small commission. 1. Four Seasons Amman The Four Seasons Hotel Amman sits on top of the highest of Amman’s seven hills. It is an elegant building made out of a light-colored stone in one of the most prestigious areas of the Capital city. With an opulent lobby, excellent dining options, an indoor and outdoor pool, and panoramic views of Amman – the Four Seasons is an Instagrammable hotel in Amman, Jordan! The property is newly renovated: the rooms & suites have floor-to-ceiling windows, updated in-room technology, and beautiful sandy nude, gray, and gold tones. As with all Four Seasons properties I’ve stayed in, the hotel features stunning artwork and crafts made by local artisans which is a nice touch! The hotel also boasts what many say is the best restaurant in the city, La Capitale Brasserie. My travel buddy Jerome, who is half-French, loved it. The steak frites & the burrata were my favorites! Rates can start at around ~$200 per night.  Book the Four Seasons Hotel Amman here 2. Petra Bubble Luxotel Arguably, the most Instagrammable hotel in Jordan is the Bubble Hotel. A trip to Jordan would be incomplete without staying in at least one “bubble” hotel. The concept is exactly as it sounds: three bubbles blown up with air make up the two bedrooms and bathroom of the 20 suites on the property. Each suite is situated on a large sun deck that also has a hot tub and chairs. The property is perched on the mountainside, overlooking the breathtaking panoramic view of the Petra mountains in the distance. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price, and there is also a free shuttle that can take you to the Petra visitor center. The experience in the bubble was definitely unique and had both positives and negatives. The “rooms” are quite spacious, and I love that there is a living area with a big couch separate from the bedroom. The rooms come with either a king-sized bed or two twin beds. There is an air conditioner and a heater, and depending on the time of the year you go, you may experience both weather extremes. During the day, it gets very hot, so the staff covers the bubbles with thick cloths. You likely won’t spend much time there during the day since you’ll be exploring Petra, so it won’t be much of a bother – it just doesn’t look very nice. At night, it can get quite cold, and since the air is always on to keep the bubbles blown up, the heater comes in quite handy! Rates start at around ~$315 per night half-board. Book the Petra Bubble Luxotel here 3. Wadi Rum Bubble Luxotel / UFO Hotel The sister property of Petra Bubble Luxotel also offers similar accommodations in Wadi Rum. In addition to the bubble rooms, they have rooms designed to look like UFOs. The UFO room at the Bubble Luxotel in Wadi Rum is one of the most Instagrammable rooms I’ve ever stayed in! UFO rooms, which are quite common in hotels in the Wadi Rum region, are standalone hard-shell rooms (they are not inflatable). The property is situated in the midst of the mountains in the Wadi Rum desert, just outside the protected area. Upon arrival at the hotel, you have to park your car in a designated lot, and then a 15-minute shuttle takes you to the front desk. The property is very secluded, and it is not easy to come and go as you please. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price. Unlike the bubbles, the UFO rooms have one bedroom with either a king-sized bed or two twin beds. The room is quite spacious; however, the main downside is that there is no door to separate the bathroom. There is a divider that separates the living room area from the bathroom; however, there is limited privacy. The UFO rooms do not have a hot tub on the deck, but there is a hammock as well as chairs and a table.as well as chairs and a table. Rates can start at around ~$285 per night half board at the UFO Room and $315 in the Bubble Room.  Book the Wadi Rum Luxotel here 4. Sun City Camp Wadi Rum Sun City Camp is a beautiful property located in the heart of the Wadi Rum Desert. As I mentioned in my detailed blog post about Jordan, Wadi Rum is a vast area, but only a portion of it is designated as the “protected area.” The protected area and the

Freelancing Tools Every Traveler Needs

Traveling is a wonderful experience; it allows you to see the world and experience a wide range of cultures. However, one key thing that you need to think about when you are traveling is how you will have enough money for your travels. One great idea for making money while traveling is to freelance. Freelancing is something that makes the most of the skills that you have, and for the most part, you only need your laptop to get the work done. While a laptop is the main thing; if you really want to make the most of freelancing while traveling, there are a wealth of other tools that you can try out too. Gmail (or another email) We know it sounds obvious, but you need an email if you plan to work while traveling. Remember that this email needs to be professional, so if your current personal one is not entirely painting you in the best light, then set up a new one. This is easy enough to do and will be set up instantly ready to use. Electronic signatures If you are working as a freelancer, then there is a good chance that some of your clients are going to want you to sign NDAs to learn more about the work that they need you to carry out. If you are in another country, then you are going to find it hard to receive these documents and sign them before posting them back, which is where the e-signature comes in. Electronic signatures are a digital copy of your signature and can be added to a variety of documents. LinkedIn If you are looking for work and don’t have clients set up, it is good to get yourself on LinkedIn. Think of it as a virtual networking event, a chance to meet people and to get your skillset out there. Not only this, but you sometimes may see companies advertising for their projects to be completed, which means that you could easily apply for projects that need to be completed. It also can be used for blogging, which may be another way to set yourself up as an expert in your particular freelancing field. Video call software A video call is a good alternative when you cannot meet up with people face to face. This means that you need to ensure that you have video call software in place. These vary, but the best thing to do is to speak to those you communicate with most and see which video software they prefer. Although, you may end up having to have all of them installed. However, they all work much the same and are easy to get to grips with. Want to make money whilst you travel? Make it as easy as you can for yourself with these fantastic tools. Try one or two of them out and see if it helps you explore and see the world around you whilst earning as much money as you can.

You Deserve A Day At A Spa

Spa days are a great way to relax and unwind after a difficult week. They also provide the perfect opportunity for a social outing or a gift for a close friend or family member. However, it is important to carefully choose the spa that you want to attend. Poor hygiene standards or staff that do not have the right qualifications could lead to an experience you would rather forget. What To Look For In A Spa Given the importance of choosing the right spa, it is something you should not rush into. Don’t be tempted to book a spa just because of an attractive price. Always take time to look at what is included in any spa day offers. Check the available treatments, as well as how many are included in the cost. But, just as importantly, ask what you get to do between treatments. The top spas will give you access to their other facilities. This might include the gym or pool; or even access to steam rooms, saunas, or jacuzzis. If possible, it’s a good idea to visit the facility before you book any luxury spa days, requesting a tour of the building and treatment rooms. While on the tour, look at the levels of cleanliness; check how well-organized the treatment rooms are; whether towels are fresh; and if the equipment used in any of the treatments is in good working order. If you plan to book a specific treatment, the individual taking your booking should ask pertinent questions as well. They should want to know whether you have had the treatment before and request any information about allergies and illnesses. Do they use science-backed skincare? These queries may be repeated by the person carrying out your beauty treatment on the day, allowing you to provide further information in a more comfortable and private setting. Don’t forget to ask about the experience and qualifications of those providing the treatments; and check the ingredients or source of any oils, lotions, and body scrubs that are used. Any professionally run day spa will be more than willing to share this type of information with you. Getting Value For Money With Spa Days While there are spa days that are accessible for most budgets, it is equally important to get the most out of the time you have booked. Getting all the information you need and knowing what treatments you want to undertake are both important in achieving this. However, you can also help with the process on the day. It is important to be organized and arrive on time. Those providing the treatments will have other appointments booked, so being on time ensures that you don’t miss out and that you get your fully allotted treatment time. Arriving early for your treatments during your spa day allows time for completing any forms necessary. What you wear can also help. Most spas provide you with towels and a robe. Changing into these when directed, usually when you first arrive, saves time prior to your treatment and encourages you to relax. Don’t forget to take a swimming costume with you if you have access to the pool. You’ll benefit from spending your time productively between treatments if you want to get the most from your spa days. If you have access to the pool, sauna, or steam room, then make sure you visit them. If your spa day includes food, snacks, or drinks, then ensure you also put time aside to sample these.
